Wiki Assignment

Okay, what they say about not being able to teach an old dog new tricks is certainly true when it comes to me. Or at least very difficult!!! Thanks to Beth and Abby I have made it this far. I was ready to give up when I couldn't get pbwiki to accept by uky address. Of course it had to be me! Then I read Toni's blog and saw that she had the same problem. Maybe there is hope after all.

I have never been interested in Blogging, Facebook, MySpace or any of these means of communicating. Therefore, I found this to be very time consuming and frustrating. At this stage in my life I have other things that interest me more like my many hobbies. I have more quilts started now than I will finish in my life time. My wiki is a work in progress but I needed to get this post finished before the deadline. I also intend to edit my Blog to make it more pleasing to the eye.

Bloglines Assignment

Today I registered for my Bloglines account. It was pretty easy considering the fact that I had Abby Thorne sitting here beside me helping. I have only added a few feeds but I intend to search for more quilting blogs to add.

New Experience

Hopefully I will get good at this before the 14 weeks are over. It isn't something that I enjoy doing at the moment.
